On our On our retreats there is no set tasks other than the daily challenges (which are there to inspire great creativity, and its your choice to join in) it's simply a great weekend to have time out for yourself and meet fellow scrappers. No feeling GUILTY for making a MESS, no having to pack up at the end of the NIGHT, you just put your tools down and crawl into bed when you want

Although if you wish to take a break, there is plenty of outside seating in the sun for reading, or all that wonderful bushland just begging to be walked through and photographed. Remember it is your time do as you please.

We have even got a lay-by system for those of you that need the incentive to put some money aside to spend on you and some perfect "ME" time that as mums we all deserve!

What to bring - For Scrapbooking

1. Plan your layouts. As soon as you book for a retreat go thru which photos go well together on a layout. Group these up and place them in a snaplock bag or brown school lunch bag.

2. From now until you head of on your weekend away any spare time you have you can spend matching up your photos with you supply of papers and embellishments that you wish to use on your pages........In a Work in Progress folder you can now place photos, embellishments, sketch or magazine page of your layout design and your journaling notes or finished journaling. I would aim to have around 10 to 15 pages pre planned for a weekend retreat

3. Plan a special day out to collect any other bits and pieces you need for your layouts at you favourite scrapbooking shop or shops

4. Basic tools to bring - Paper Trimmer, Scissors, adhesives, sticky tape, pencil, ruler and rubber

Don't Panic Paula's Scrapbooking Place will be there ALL weekend to help with inspiration and all your scrapbooking supplies
